After I started posting about my travels, I suddenly became the person everyone was messaging, asking for help in finding travel deals or answering questions about certain places. I’d spend hours helping research and answering their questions and get nothing in return except great karma points… until I discovered TRVL!
So what is TRVL?
It’s a website where you can sign up to basically be a freelance travel agent. After you sign up, you can create your own personal page with your profile and you can do searches for hotels, hostels, guesthouses, etc. You can earn money on 2 million hotels and TRVL pays you a commission on every booking you make.
Except under the price, you can see how much commission you would earn if someone booked that hotel through you! If you are booking the hotel for yourself, you would actually just be saving yourself that amount. Win/win! ^_^
When you click on the hotel page and scroll down a bit, you will see this box on the right hand side. In order to earn commission, you need to share your special link so it can be tracked back to you. You don’t have to worry about payments, cancellations, refunds, and all that because the traveler will actually be booking through one of the third party sites (booking.com, hotel.com, expedia, etc).
There’s also a page where you can keep track of all your bookings. You only receive your commission after the traveler has completed their trip. After 30 days of the trip completion, your commission will be available for you to collect!
If you travel frequently, becoming a TRVL Insider would be a great option for you.
According to their site, “With TRVL Insider you’ll get access to rates normally off limits to travelers, with deals and discounts up to 65% across 50,000 hotels worldwide.”
After becoming a frequent booker, they reached out to me and gave me access to TRVL Insider and it’s AWESOME! Thank you, TRVL 😀 If you are interested in becoming a travel agent like me, or just want to save money on accommodations, sign up through my link here and we can BOTH earn $20 from your first booking. Win/win again, right?
